It is an inspection that is performed at the factory premises from the 1st batch of production before the mass production. It can be done at the factory or at the supplier’s manufacturing facilities. The purpose is to make sure your supplier is clear about the requirements and specifications of your order and is well prepared for your production. A preliminary inspection of all the machinery and materials that will be used in the manufacture of your product is carried out, so that we ensure a uniform quality of your product throughout the entire production.
 

Initial inspection provide quality checks at critical points in the manufacturing process and are performed just before bulk production start. This inspection help ensure the quality of the material being used in bulk and its safety measure of performance and its specification has been met in bulk.

This inspection involved.
· Quality check for workmanship. 
· Quality check for specifications/measurements
· Quality check for materials/trims used with manual testing on site[ no lab test involved ] 
· Production status till the date of inspection has been taken place.
· Detailed evaluation report with images.
