WHAT YOU WILL PROVIDE ?

Our Inspection Engeneer required following tools in hand before they perform the inspection

Following Inspection Tools We Required from our Clients to perform the Inspection prior to our factory visit

1, Reference Sample :-
   Qiod inspection department required approved reference sample from buyer to perform the inspection prior to our visit to the factory for an inspection. We required buyers seal and sign on the sample to ensure the sample is correct. Incase vendor providing the sample the we required supporting documents which state that the sample is original and approved by buyer.

2, Trim Card :-
    Qiod inspection department required an approved trim cards to ensured the components applied in the product is actual and approved by the client.

3, Measurement Specifications:-
    Qiod inspection department required the measurement specification chart to ensure all measurements of the product is correct as per buyers requirements

4, Tolerance Chart:-
    We required acceptable measurement tolerance chart to evaluate the product is within the allowed tolerance level.

5, Comments on pre-production sample:-
   Some time buyers approved the pre-production sample with a comments to incorporate the same in bulk to avoid re-submission for minor comments to enable the delivery to met on time. We prefer this comments to be provided to Qiod inspector to ensure the comments are incorporated in bulk production.

6, Copies of Purchase Order and Final packing list :-
    Qiod quality inspector required a copy of buyers purchase order to ensure the quantity offered for FRI by vendor is correct and met the ratio.

7, Packing Specifications :-
   Qiod quality Inspector required the packing specification from buyer to make sure the packing and carton requirements are met.

8, Approved shade lots :-
  All production lots has to be approved from buyer and need to be submitted to Qiod inspector to ensure all production lots are within the approved lots.

Note: - Incase above specifications are not available at the time of inspection then Qiod inspector will inspect the product as is what is offered and make the report with all detailed pictures and specification what he/her find in the actual shipment . Clients have the full authority to reject or accept the shipment based on the actual inspection report.
