This inspection allows QIOD to work directly with our client's manufacturers by placing an experienced inspector on-site to monitor the manufacturing process from incoming raw materials to finished product. This contract is for one inspector with two vendors in same locality basis. Contact for more details.

This Project Include 

· Production status updates in excel format, twice a week.

· Raw materials incoming status.

· Material outgoing status for out sourcing process 

· Material incoming status from out sourcing process

· Manufacturing status. Including, cutting, sewing, washing etc..

· Finishing status

· Packing status

· Inspection status ( FRI)

· Shipping status.

Note- This Contract includes Final Random inspections from QIOD auditor other than the production monitor who involve in product monitoring process.
